Biglietto steampunk / Steampunk card

Stupire mio marito con un biglietto dopo 23 compleanni insieme è diventato difficile.

Quest'anno ho voluto cambiare completamente genere e, considerando che il regalo scelto era una penna stilografica (passione che condividiamo), ho voluto cimentarmi con un biglietto un po' vintage, un po' steampunk.

After 23 birthdays together, getting my husband by surprise with a card is an tough goal. This year, I changed style and I chose a vintage card with a little bit of steampunk taste, just to be in line with the gift I gave him (a fountain pen, a passion we share).

Mentre cercavo ispirazione in rete tra i biglietti maschili, mi ha colpito subito uno dei biglietti maschili sul sito di Sandi McIver. E questo è il mio adattamento.

By looking for some inspiration on the net, I found the Sandi McIver's site with beautiful masculine cards. And this is my version.

All'inizio non sapevo da che parte cominciare, poi mi sono messa a pasticciare coi colori, ed è stato tutto molto spontaneo, al contrario di come immaginavo.

At first, I had no idea how to begin; when I started to play with colors, I found my way. And it was so spontaneous.

Mi sono divertita così tanto, che sto pensando di preparare un corso con lo stesso stile, magari per una scatola o un mini album.... che ne dite? Vi piacerebbe? Si accettano suggerimenti.
