Una scatolina piena di dolcezza! / A little box full of sweetness!

Nella mia famiglia siamo tanti del segno dei Gemelli, questo è un periodo pieno di compleanni.

Per festeggiare quello di mia nipote ho confezionato questa scatolina con uno dei miei timbri preferiti.

There is plenty of Gemini in my family, hence this is a month full of birthdays.

I made this little box with one of my favorite stamp sets to celebrate the birthday of my niece.

Per personalizzare il regalo ho scelto di aggiungere una tag con le lettere del nome della destinataria.

I personalized the whole with a tag with the letters of her name.

Layout Maggio 2025 / 2025 May LO

Maggio è finito da un po' e ho deciso di preparare un LO con la bellissima collezione "A year of memories" di TommyArt. Con un solo foglio sono riuscita a decorare una pagina A4 e due A5 per l'agenda. Per la base del LO ho utilizzato l'Ink Extreme rosso dato con una pennellessa sul cartoncino Ruvido.

May has come to its end, and I decided to make a LO with the beautiful TommyArt "A year of memories". I used just one sheet to decorate one A4 page and two A5 pages for the journal. I used a Ruvido sheet with a couple of big red watercolored brushstrokes to make the background. 

Trovo stupendi i fiori di questo mese, mi è piaciuto molto decorare questa pagina.

I like the flowers of this month very much, and I truly enjoyed decorating this page.

Non avendo sottomano degli enamel abbinati, ho fustellato con dei cerchietti la carta rossa con la mappa e li ho rivestiti col Glossy Accents per renderli lucidi.

I didn't have the coordinate enamel dots, so I die cut some little circles from the red paper and I covered them with Glossy Accents.

Ho fatto la stessa cosa con del cartoncino nero per avere anche degli enamel per decorare le pagine A5.

I did the same thing with black card stock to add enamel dots to one A5 page.

Per l'intestazione col mese ho utilizzato due fustellate dell'etichetta del set Mesi, incollandole sfasate per creare un po' di interesse. La stampa di questa carta è talmente bella che non ho voluto aggiungere altri elementi a coprirla.

I cut the month label twice, and glued offset to add more interest. The prints on this paper is so beautiful that I didn't want to add more elements and cover it.

Per la paginetta con il calendario ho voluto mantenere una continuità con il LO, replicando il fondo pennellato con l'Ink Extreme Rosso e aggiungendo gli enamel glossy.

For the journal page I used the same scheme of the LO with the red brushstrokes on the background and the glossy enamel dots.

Una scatolina fiorita / A blooming box

 

Questa scatolina mi è venuta in mente in occasione del 70° compleanno di mia zia. Desideravo una  confezione elegante per il suo regalo, così ho abbinato i papaveri tagliati in bianco con le spighe in kraft e la scatolina in cartoncino crema.

While thinking about an elegant solution for a gift box for my aunt's 70th birthday, I was captured by La Coppia Creativa new poppies and wheat ears cut in white and kraft. For the box, I chose the milk box die cut in cream paper.

Effetto ruggine / Rusty effect

Quando ho visto questo video di Pete Hughes sul canale di Sizzix sono rimasta folgorata dall'effetto ruggine e dovevo assolutamente provarlo! La scusa perfetta è stato il biglietto di compleanno per mio marito, così mi sono potuta cimentare con questa tecnica, che alla fine è più facile di quanto pensassi e l'effetto è davvero super. Ed è piaciuto anche a mio marito :)

When I saw this video Pete Hughes made for Sizzix, I was captured by the rusty effect and I had to make it mine! My husband's birthday happened just in time to practice the technique, which I discovered easier than I tough, and the result was really super! He also liked it very much :)

Non so voi, ma io in questo segnalibro sento il profumo dei fiori tropicali misto alla salsedine e già pregusto le letture che mi accompagneranno durante l'estate.

Per realizzare questo segnalibro magnetico ho unito i timbri Cin Cin della nuova release estiva de La Coppia Creativa con le fustelle della scorsa estate, che restano tra le mie preferite.

I Can smell the tropical scent, the dried salt out of this bookmark, can't you? I'm already picturing me with my Summer readings!

For this bookmark I mixed the brand new La Coppia Creativa Cin Cin stamp set, with the last Summer die set (one of my favorite).

Per l'effetto metallico invecchiato dell'oblò ho utilizzato l'Acqua adesiva nera e il Re Mida Rame di Tommy Art.

I used two products by Tommy Art (Acqua adesiva nera and Re Mida Rame) to recreate the rusty effect on the porthole.

Seconda card in collaborazione con Tommy Art e OLO marker utilizzando un altro dei nuovissimi set di pennarelli, questa volta il Muted. Anche in questo caso ho scelto un progetto che mi permettesse di usare tutti gli 8 colori presenti nel set: questo fiore grunge si è rivelato perfetto per lo scopo.

Second card in partnership with Tommy Art and OLO marker: this time, I picked again from the OLO newest color set, the Muted one. I wanted a project that could let me use all the 8 colors of the set, and this beautiful grunge flower was just the thing.

Ve lo devo confessare: la parte più difficile di questa card è stata la stampa della parola POPPY, perché la mia etichettatrice è impazzita e stampa le lettere totalmente a caso! Per il resto, usare i nuovi stencil dei papaveri de La Coppia Creativa è stato davvero un gioco da ragazzi. E si possono usare anche senza dover fustellare i fiori, quindi li rende perfetti anche per chi non ha una fustellatrice.

I have to admit it: the hardest part of this card was making the POPPY letters, because my label maker has gone crazy and it prints letters randomly! Despite that, the new poppy stencils by La Coppia Creativa made the work very easy. And you can use them also without combining them to the dies, so you do not need a cutting machine.

Be Wild Tag

Oggi desidero condividere con voi una tag colorata completamente con il set OLO Manga 2, lo stesso che mi avete visto usare in questo post. A parte la base craft e le lettere tagliate in cartoncino marrone, tutti gli altri elementi li ho fustellati dal cartoncino bianco e colorati con i pennarelli ad alcool.

Lavorare con elementi 3D, come il fiore sul capo della giraffa, mi diverte sempre tanto.

Today I like to share with you a tag I colored all with OLO Manga 2 set, the same you saw in this post. Besides the kraft base and the brown letters, I cut all the others element from a white paper and colored with alcohol markers.

I always like play with 3D elements, like the flower on the giraffa's head.

Brindiamo all'estate! / A toast to the Summer!

Ma quanto è allegra e solare la nuova collezione estiva de La Coppia Creativa?!? Non ho resistito e appena mi è arrivata ho dovuto subito provarla. Per prima cosa ho creato questa card dinamica combinando il set di timbri Cin Cin con la fustella Pop-up Twist: un effetto "wow" facilissimo da fare.

Anche la colorazione degli elementi del set di timbri è stata velocissima grazie al set di stencil coordinato.

The new Summer release by La Coppia Creativa is so cheerful and sunny! I had to work with these sets the moment I got them. This is the first project: an interactive card with the Cin Cin stamp set mixed up with the Pop-up Twist die set: an easy choice.

The coloring with the coordinate stencil set was easy too.

Ho già in mente di usare questo set in un altro progetto per le vacanze... restate sintonizzati!

I had so much fun making this interactive card.

Sotto l'ape ho collocato una piccola molla di plastica, in modo che toccandola sui bordi oscillasse: divertentissima! Potete vedere il video qui sul mio profilo IG.

Il gambo del girasole è tagliato a mano libera.

I put a mini action wobble under the bee: you can see how she moves on this video on my IG profile.

I freehand cut the sunflower stem.

Per lo sfondo ho timbrato il testo di Florilege in terza generazione, in modo che risultasse tenue e non disturbasse i soggetti principali.

I stamped 2 times the Florilege text on a piece of paper before stamping it on the background, in this way I obtained a soft print.

Da ultimo, ho fustellato la scritta Auguri 3 volte nel cartoncino nero e, per alleggerirla un po', ho dato dei punti luce con la penna gel bianca.

I cut the sentiment three times from the black card stock, I glued together the layers and added some light effects with the white gel pen.

Una piccola lettrice / A young reader

Questo è il secondo progetto che ho realizzato con la nuova release orientale di Impronte d'Autore: visto il tema del set Harumi, mi è venuto naturale pensare ad un segnalibro angolare.

This is my second project with the brand new oriental release by Impronte d'Autore: the Harumi stamp set reminds me of my beloved books and readers, so the choice of a bookmark was natural.

Qui vedete anche lo sfondo quando non è inserito tra le pagine.

E dato che mi dispiaceva lasciare fuori il tenero coniglietto, ho deciso di metterlo sul retro del segnalibro, e mi sono accorta solo in quel momento di aver incollato la scritta giapponese al contrario!

I wasn't happy with the little rabbit out of the project, so I put him on the back of the bookmark. In that moment, I realized that the Japanese script was on the wrong orientation. Sigh!

Un piccolo giardino fiorito con OLO / A mini garden with OLO

Oggi sono entusiasta di mostrarvi una card che ho realizzato in collaborazione con Tommy Art e OLO marker utilizzando uno dei nuovissimi set di pennarelli. Per me è stata una vera sfida usare solo gli 8 colori contenuti nella confezione Manga 2 Set, ma alla fine ho scoperto che le combinazioni possono essere davvero infinite e il risultato finale mi piace un sacco!

I'm really excited about the new card I made in partnership with Tommy Art and OLO marker: I used one of the new color sets. It was a challenge to use just the 8 colors in the Manga 2 Set, but I realized that the combinations are endless, and I really like the final result!

Per questo progetto ho scelto di usare delle fustellate, in modo da poter sovrapporre i colori sulla carta per creare le sfumature senza paura di sbavature.

I chose to color some die cuts: they are perfect to blend many colors on paper without smears.
