Battesimi/Baptisms

Per il battesimo di mia nipote e quello della figlia di una cara amica mi servivano un paio di biglietti chiudipacco, niente di troppo impegnativo, visto che avevo già realizzato i biglietti in occasione della loro nascita. Però una volta cominciato, la cosa mi ha preso la mano e alla fine sono uscite due card a pieno titolo!

Last week we celebrated the baptism of my nephew and of the daughter of a dear friend of us; and I needed a couple of little card, something simple to attach to the gifts (I had already made two real cards for their birth). But when I started, the work went out of my hand and it grew more than I expected!

Sono partita decorando lo sfondo col mio adorato set Papertrey ‘Guide Lines two’, e ho finito con il timbro della bimba che fa parte del delizioso set Stampendous ‘Peek-a-boo’.

I started making the background using my favourite Papertrey set: ‘Guide Lines two’, and I finished with a baby of the cute Stampendous set ‘Peek-a-boo’.

Allora ho fatto marcia indietro e ho stampato solo le bimbe e fustellato un bigliettino a due ante tondo.

Then, I started again printing only the babies and cutting two little circle card.

Per tagliare il biglietto interno ho usato la Cuttlebug con le Nestabilities: ho semplicemente piegato in due un cartoncino rettangolare rosa poco più grande del tondo, facendo in modo che la fustella sbordasse un po’ dal lato con la piega.

I used the Cuttlebug with Nestabilities to cut the inner part: I chose a pink rectangular cardstock a bit bigger than the circle and I folded it in two, then I placed the Nestability a slightly outside of the folded side.

Semplicissimo, vero?

Very easy, isn’t it?

I biglietti li conserverò per i prossimi arrivi...

I guess I can use the greeting cards for the next new arrivals...
