Domenica pomeriggio con le amiche siamo andate a conoscere il piccolo Lapo appena nato e questo è il dono che ho preparato per lui: copertina e cappellino lavorati all'uncinetto per un caldo abbraccio! Ovviamente non poteva mancare la tag di accompagnamento, che vedete qui sopra nel dettaglio.
Last Sunday I paid my visit to the little baby Lapo with my friends. I brought the gift I made for him: a crocheted wool hat, and a blanket, my warm hug to him. And a handmade tag, of course.
Per il cappellino ho scelto un punto elastico, alternando delle maglie basse lavorate prendendo solo la maglia dietro.
I chose an elastic stitch for the hat made by single crochet worked in back loops.
Per ottenere l'effetto "orecchie da gatto" ho cucito due punti alla base dei due triangoli alti, in modo che la forma della testa creasse in modo naturale la forma delle orecchie (nella foto qui sopra ho inserito un piccolo pallone per simulare l'effetto). Ho seguito il tutorial di Francesca (Tejer Sueños).
To obtain the "cat hears" effect I followed the Francesca's (Tejer Sueños) tutorial. In the picture above I inserted a little ball to show you the final effect.
Per la coperta ho scelto un punto con un effetto a rilievo e ho seguito questo schema: Red Heart Rickrack Rainbow Baby Blanket.
For the blanket, I chose an embossed pattern: Red Heart Rickrack Rainbow Baby Blanket.
Per il bordo ho lavorato diverse righe a maglia alta e come finitura ho aggiunto un giro finale a punto gambero.
I worked some rows of double crochet and a crab stitch for the last row.
