Sulla rete/On the net

Non è di internet che sto parlando, ma della zanzariera della camera da letto dei bambini.

Rientrati dalle vacanze abbiamo trovato due pipistrellini attaccati all'esterno.

I'm not referring to the internet, rather to the mosquito net in the children's bedroom. 

When we returned from our holidays we found two little bats grapped on the outside of the net.

 

 

Purtroppo erano già secchi... Probabilmente sono rimasti incastrati nelle maglie della zanzariera mentre cacciavano e il sole li ha sospresi al mattino, disidratandoli.

Unfortunely they were both dead. Most likely, got stuck on the net while hunting mosquitos, they have been dried by the hot morning sun.

 Un vero peccato, perchè erano così carini...

Really a pity, because they were so cute...

Beh... la maestra di Agata non è stata dello stesso avviso quando se li è trovati in classe per il 'mostra e dimostra'!

Agata's teacher wasn't so amused by that when my doughter bring them at school experiencing her first 'show and tell' class!

 

Invece sulla zanzariera di un'altra stanza ho trovato un grappolo di uova microscopiche attaccate penzoloni con dei fili sottili sottili...

Stuck on the net of another room, I found a bunch of microscopic eggs, hooked to the net by some very thin threads...

 

Chissà cosa ne uscirà...

I don't know what is inside...

... Io le tengo d'occhio...

... I keep an eye on them...

 Qualcuno di voi sa di chi sono?

Any clue?
