Nonostante abbia cercato affannosamente una modella che si prestasse a posare con la mia stola, nessuna si è offerta volontaria, quindi temo dobbiate accontentarvi della sottoscritta!
Mi sarebbe dispiaciuto mostrarvi solo il risultato finale, anche perché questa stola si presta ad essere indossata in molteplici modi (alcuni dei quali li ho di sicuro tralasciati, ci scommetto).
Vi lascio alla carrellata di foto (scattate da parecchio tempo, ormai), ricordandovi che il post originale in cui illustravo l'avvio del lavoro e i filati utilizzati lo trovate qui. In calce, invece, lo schema.
La stola finita misura 150 cm x 50 cm e ha otto bottoni di legno, applicati in modo asimmetrico ai lati opposti, come si vede chiaramente nella terzultima fotografia (nella prima in alto forse non si capisce molto, ma le estremità della stola sono abbottonate per formare delle maniche, mentre la parte centrale rimane aperta sulle spalle).
Il lavoro è stato lungo, ma per nulla faticoso, essendo ripetitivo.
Invito alla sperimentazione mescolando filati completamente diversi, come nel mio caso (lana angora-merino e filato spesso per calze): il risultato vi sorprenderà!

For its versatility and multiple use, this stole deserve more than a simple set of photos.

The stole measures are: 150 cm x 50 cm; it has also 8 wooden buttons attached on the opposite sides, as you can see on the third picture from the bottom (maybe it is not so clear from the first picture, but the extremities are buttoned in two sleeves and the central part is wide opened onto the shoulders).
Making it took me some time but, thanks to the reiteration of the motive, it was not a heavy work.
I suggest you to use totally different yarns, like me (angora-merino wools with socks yarns): the result will surprise you!
